Please see below notice regarding cancellation policy implemented as of August 2020.
As a small business each patient and procedure mean a great deal to us.
Cancellations that are advised 24 hrs prior allow for these spots to hopefully be filled. Please also understand that in the case that it does not fill in this short time period, as a small business we then absorb all the running costs that apply for these procedures that were to take place (dental assistants, medical receptionists, overheads etc).
As per our standard protocol we will continue to send text message and email remainders to allow patients enough time to advise of any cancellation before hand. We also understand that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances beyond the control of patients such as medical emergencies etc., and for those reasons we ask that patients call us so it can be dealt with on a case by case basis.
